Support Groups

Feel free to attend our monthly support group, held on the fourth Thursday of every month, at Rex Hospital. There you will find valuable information, encouragement, friendship and support. Not only will you meet many going through this journey, but you can share experiences as you enter this new stage in life.

Guest speakers can include Dr. Enochs, Dr. Bruce, Dr. Tyner, dieticians, psychologists, plastic surgeons, exercise therapists, and more. You can discuss emotional changes, nutritional advice, exercise challenges, body changes, and even relationship changes. This support group provides a comfortable and supportive atmosphere to aid your progress in this exciting journey.
